Overview
CPRS Vancouver is a networking and professional development organization serving public relations practitioners in B.C.

Founded in 1959, its members are drawn from corporations, government, not-for-profit organizations, associations, health care, education, public relations agencies and independent consultancies.

Its goal is to provide a platform for discussing issues impacting on the practice of public relations and to promote high professional standards for its members. Members may also earn their accreditation from the Society.

Curious about the profession? Interested in it? Check out the answers to frequently asked questions. Take a look, too, at our recommended reading list, and at our page of useful links for PR people.

We also offer the annual Dean Miller/Bowden's scholarship for a full-time student in the final year of a recognized public relations program in B.C and prestigious annual awards.

CPRS Vancouver is a member of the national Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) and has a close affiliation with the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the International Association of Business Communicators.

We also host a number of professional development events as well as highlight other professional development events from around Vancouver.

Now you can renew your membership online or apply for a new membership, (national, student, or affiliate).
