CPRS Vancouver Student Services

CPRS Vancouver is dedicated to representing the interests of students in the Lower Mainland and in BC at large, serving to bridge the gap between their formal education and the communications business world.

Our mission:

  • To enhance the education and career opportunities of public relations and communications students through educational events and support services.

Our vision:

  • To support the development of current and future public relations practitioners that will advance the professional stature of the industry and promote high professional standards and the CPRS code of practice.

Who can apply for CPRS Vancouver Student Membership?
To qualify to become a CPRS Vancouver Student Member, you should either:
- have applied to begin a public relations or communications-related program at a college or university within the next six months; or
- be currently enrolled in a public relations or communications-related program at a college or university; or
- have graduated from a public relations or communications-related program at a college or university within the last 12 months and have not yet gained employment.

CPRS Vancouver Student Membership is there to help students when they need us most, during their education and before they have entered the workforce. If you are already professionally employed then you should apply for our CPRS Vancouver Local Affiliate Membership or CPRS National Membership.
